Coleman Wong needed 70 minutes to beat home wild card Zhizhen Zhang 6-3, 6-3 in the round of 32 at the Hangzhou Open, an ATP 250 on hard courts. The betting market had Wong a 59% favorite. The 22-year-old from Hong Kong, ATP No. 112 at match time, broke Zhang's opening service game and again in game three for a 3-0 lead. Zhang created two break points all match and converted one, breaking back in game eight to trail 3-5. Wong took the set 6-3 anyway.
