Kym's 2026 ledger spans one week: a 1-1 visit to the Swiss Open Gstaad, his first tour-level action since last August's US Open. The 23-year-old Swiss edged Dylan Dietrich 7-6(3) 2-6 7-6(5), then pushed Stefanos Tsitsipas to a deciding tiebreak.

He out-aced Tsitsipas 10-7 and held 16 of 17 service games in Thursday's loss, but converted neither break point and won zero return games. Four of his six sets back have reached a tiebreak; he has won three. At ATP No. 186, he sits 63 spots below the career-high No. 123 he set last May.
