Ajla Tomljanovic defeated Dayana Yastremska 4-6, 6-4, 7-5 — Rosmalen Open 2026 R16.
Ajla Tomljanovic and Dayana Yastremska are level at 1–1 across 2 recorded meetings.
World No. 109 Ajla Tomljanovic flipped the script on No. 49 Dayana Yastremska by converting 5 of 8 break points to the favourite's 4 of 14 — a 62% to 29% gulf on return that decided a match otherwise split down the middle (226 points each). Tomljanovic also held firm under pressure, saving 10 of 14 break points to Yastremska's 3 of 8, and reeled off the final stretch from 5-5 in the third. In their first grass meeting, she leaves the Libéma Open R16 with the H2H level at 1-1.
