Aryna Sabalenka vs Diana Shnaider — Quarterfinal — French Open. Shnaider won 3-6, 7-5, 6-0.

Diana Shnaider, ranked No. 23, ran the world No. 1 off the court in the closing stretch, taking the last set 6-0 to upset Aryna Sabalenka in their first meeting. The difference was the return ledger: Shnaider won 65% of second-serve return points and broke from the back of long rallies as Sabalenka's error count piled up to 57 against 46 winners. After dropping the opener 6-3, Shnaider edged the second 7-5, then conceded nothing in the third. Sabalenka's 13-of-20 on break points saved couldn't cover the unraveling.
