Ben Shelton vs Alexander Shevchenko — R64 — Miami Open

Ranked 84th, Alexander Shevchenko turned a coin-flip — 108 points to 102 across three sets — into a top-10 scalp by keeping the error count honest: 24 unforced to Ben Shelton's 44. Shelton's 17 aces and 46 winners outgunned him on raw firepower, but the spray cost him both tiebreaks-or-bust sets and the match. The only break of the day came in game two of the third, after two set points and two match points had already come and gone earlier. Shevchenko books a Miami Open round with Ugo Humbert.
