Maria Sakkari vs Alycia Parks — R64 — Miami Open

Alycia Parks, ranked No. 105, knocked out the 33rd-ranked Maria Sakkari 6-3, 6-3 by turning her five aces into four breaks of serve. Parks won 71% of her first-serve points to Sakkari's 63%, and broke to open both sets — game 1 of the second and game 2 of the first — before closing each out with a second break. Sakkari, who'd reached the Qatar semis last month, never converted the pressure she generated. Parks faces Coco Gauff next.
