Tabilo, ranked #41, flipped a one-set deficit on the world #16 by owning the rally points that come off the second serve. After Rublev edged the opener in a tiebreak, Tabilo won 57% of his second-serve points to Rublev's 33% — a 24-point gap that decided the back two sets. He broke in game three of both the second and third (6-2, 6-4), erasing the 23% he managed against Rublev's first serve with a 67% haul against the Russian's second.
