·250·HardFabian Marozsan defeated Alex Bolt 6-4, 6-2 — Hangzhou Open 2026 R32.
Fabian Marozsan and Alex Bolt: Fabian Marozsan leads 1–0 across 1 recorded meeting.
Sixth seed Fabian Marozsan took 83 minutes to beat qualifier Alex Bolt 6-4, 6-2 in the round of 32 at the Hangzhou Open, the ATP 250 played on hard courts in China. Marozsan, ATP No. 59, had lost his last two hard-court matches, most recently a first-round exit at the US Open earlier this month. He broke in the opening game of the match and was never broken himself, holding all eight service games and facing a single break point. Bolt hit six aces to Marozsan's four and stayed closer on points than on games, winning 57 of the 125 played. The break points were one-sided: Marozsan converted three of six, Bolt none of his one. In the second set Marozsan broke in game 3 for 2-1 and again in game 5 for 4-1. Bolt, ATP No. 165, arrived through qualifying with no tour-level match on record since early April. Marozsan moves into the round of 16.
