Magda Linette and Kimberly Birrell: Magda Linette leads 1–0 across 1 recorded meeting.
Magda Linette lost the opening set and then surrendered just three games the rest of the way, taking the final two sets 6-1, 6-2 to turn the match around. After dropping the first 2-6, she won 12 of the last 15 games against Kimberly Birrell — the return game that misfired early suddenly cracking the Australian's serve at will. It's the first meeting between the two, and Linette's first win over Birrell, sealed on grass.
