Joao Fonseca and Novak Djokovic: Joao Fonseca leads 1–0 across 1 recorded meeting.
World No. 30 Joao Fonseca erased a two-set hole against No. 4 Novak Djokovic, reeling off three straight 6-3, 7-5, 7-5 to flip a match that looked gone after a 4-6, 4-6 start. The 19-year-old leaned on his serve to climb back — 11 aces, 74% first serves in, and 11 of 16 break points saved as Djokovic's pressure dried up across the back three sets. Fonseca converted 6 of 15 return chances and won 28 of 53 games in their first meeting, a 294-minute marker in his first clash with Djokovic.
