Alexandra Eala vs Oleksandra Oliynykova — R32 — Internationaux de Strasbourg

Oliynykova, ranked No. 68, erased a one-set deficit to topple the No. 42 Eala over 166 minutes at the Strasbourg Open. The math says this should have gone the other way: Eala converted 6 of 9 break points (67%) to Oliynykova's 7 of 23 (30%). But the Ukrainian leaned on her first serve — 62% of those points won to Eala's 56% — and broke at 5-5 in the second to swing the match. Eala's seven double faults proved costly in a contest decided by a single game.
