Elisabetta Cocciaretto vs Coco Gauff — R64 — Miami Open

Gauff dropped the opening set 6-3 and trailed early in the third before flipping the match behind a stat she'd lost it on: the second serve. Cocciaretto won 46% of her second-serve points to Gauff's 31%, but the American's break of the Italian in game 3 of the decider — after Cocciaretto had broken first in game 2 — reset the night. Gauff broke four times in the third set alone, surviving two match points before closing. The win evens the score after Cocciaretto's straight-sets beating of her in Doha last month; Gauff books Alycia Parks next.
