Then the misses dried up. Andreeva won 77% of her first-serve points in the second and broke three times, in game 7 for 4-3 and again in game 10 to close the set, then took the third's decisive break in game 3 for 2-1. Potapova finished within five of the 191 points played and remains 0-3 on record here, the last a Linz Open final that ran the same script.
