Zizou Bergs vs Toby Samuel — SF — Eastbourne International

Down a set and broken back twice in the second, Zizou Bergs turned the match the moment his second serve stopped leaking. Toby Samuel won 59% of his second-serve points to Bergs' 36% — the 23-point gap that nearly carried the upset — but once the third set arrived, Bergs climbed to 85% on first-serve points after 68% in the opener and broke in games five and seven for a 6-2 close. He converted 5 of 8 break points to Samuel's 4 of 10, the swing that decided a tight night at Eastbourne where total points split 93-91 the other way.
