Blockx didn't lose a point behind his first serve in the third set, breaking in game 2 for 2-0 and again in game 4 for 4-0, and Cobolli went the middle two sets without earning a single break point. Bet365 had it near a coin flip at 53 percent for Cobolli, who had won their Cincinnati meeting three weeks earlier.
