The separation was the second serve, where the sixth seed won 24 of 46 to Kostyuk's 13 of 32, and the Ukrainian's nine aces and 36 winners to 25 bought her nothing. Two hours and 26 minutes in, Noskova has a US Open quarterfinal and a second win over Kostyuk since their Wimbledon semifinal in July.
