Murphy Cassone vs Ethan Quinn — R16 — Mallorca Championships

Quinn took every chance the return game gave him — 3 of 3 on break points against Cassone's 1 of 2 — and that margin decided a match neither man could break open otherwise. The decider tells it: Quinn broke in game four and rode 94% on first-serve points in the third to close it out, after the only blemish came in a set-two tiebreak. His 18 aces to five gave him the spare cushion the qualifier never found.
