Argentine tennis keeps minting clay-court lefties, and Facundo Diaz Acosta is the Buenos Aires chapter: born in the capital on December 15, 2000, and still based there, he reached the junior top 10 and medaled at home at the 2018 Youth Olympics, taking singles silver and doubles gold alongside countryman Sebastian Baez. By 2019 he was working the Futures and Challenger circuit.
