Iga Swiatek vs Emma Navarro — R16 — Bad Homburg Open

Navarro, the world #25, flipped a 22-spot ranking gap behind one number: she won 71% of her second-serve points to Swiatek's 38%, a 33-point gulf that decided the match. The third seed coughed up nine double faults and never solved Navarro's second ball, winning just 6 of 16 such points. After Swiatek squared it with breaks in games 5 and 7 of the second set, Navarro broke immediately in game 2 of the decider and held from there. The 2-1 H2H lead, now in their first grass meeting, stays with Navarro at Bad Homburg.
